All orders received before 12:00 PM are sent the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be sent the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from our supplier or courier. During holidays and promotions, delivery times may be longer.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging. Returns of goods with a broken seal are only accepted if the goods are defective. Items purchased under promotional offers, including 3 for 2 bundles, are not eligible for return or refund unless specific requirements are met. Note that you as a customer are responsible for the return cost and the risk during transport.

Refunds are made after the return has been received and approved. If the product is used and not defective, we cannot offer a refund. The product can then, if desired, be returned to the customer.
